Well, I am debating whether to use leftover chicken (from roasted chix we had tonight; hubby's really crazy about it) or use leftover meatballs. Since I plan to serve it tomorrow to my boys for breakfast, I will probably use the leftover chix so that it will be faster. My meatballs are still frozen and uncooked...Thanks Thanks thanks thanks!!!Mananghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01624312516837924706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7987949.post-1100035819393914242004-11-09T13:30:00.000-08:002004-11-09T13:30:00.000-08:00Hello Marezone, 'nice of you to visit. It is classified along with summer squash, which do not resemble at all the squash as we know it (which are here known as winter squash: butternut/buttercup squash). I love using both the small zucchini and yellow summer squash for stir-fry because they are so crispy and without real flavor. I use the large zucchini for bread.Mananghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01624312516837924706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7987949.post-1099894928504079452004-11-07T22:22:00.000-08:002004-11-07T22:22:00.000-08:00Cerridwen, will have to try this sometime and will...Cerridwen, will have to try this sometime and will let you know.ting-alinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11867003791183939040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7987949.post-1099894870127048872004-11-07T22:21:00.000-08:002004-11-07T22:21:00.000-08:00Tito Rolly, di ka naman tanga. The truth is, zucchini never made it big In Baguio because not a lot of people knew how to cook it. A lot of the farmers stopped producing this. I will post a picture of zucchini once I get my grocery shopping done. Did you say it is a variety of an eggplant?ting-alinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11867003791183939040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7987949.post-1099846645617926542004-11-07T08:57:00.000-08:002004-11-07T08:57:00.000-08:00I have tried this recipe with meatballs, it is ne ...I have tried this recipe with meatballs, it is ne of my fast meals to cook.

Mine is just a bit different.
