Copenhagen and lemon Squares

Did you know that these are my favorite desserts? Lemon Squares and Copenhagen. My favorites because I don't make them. They're baked by our favorite Danish Bakery for the Copenhagen and Chinese Bakery for the lemon squares.

  3. Hmmm... these go well with a freshly brewed coffee.
I wonder if we have them here and how they're called in French. Copenhague? Carrés de citron? I'll find out...

  5. Tito Rolly and everyone, just something to go with tea or coffee. I have a friend visiting for 2 weeks, thus the time crunch. Besides, it's a busy season for me at work so I hope you guys won't mind if I don't respond to your comments as often as I did before. Things will normalize in May. Thanks for your understanding.

  7. Copenhagen? It's a pastry made out of almonds and marzipan paste. It's the marzipan I love best.
