Inspired by a spaghetti song..no, not the sphaghetti pababa at pataas but on "top of spaghetti", I cooked this recipe . While humming to the tune of the song, I merrily baked the meatballs out of these:
Meatballs Ingredients:
1 lb of medium ground pork
1/2 finely chopped onions
soy to taste
dash of ground pepper
2 tbsp of flour
Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Form the misture into small balls. Arrange them in a coolie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
In a pan, put the cooked meatballs and add 1 250 ml tomato sauce. Add herbs if you want.
Cook the pasta according to packaging instructions.
Mix meatballs sauce with pasta and there you go..hum away while you enjoy.

I want that for lunch Ting! I wish my husband would cook that for me. :) Could he fry the meatballs instead of bake? We don't know how to use our oven. :)

Hi Toe, sure, you can. Baking it is just another way of cooking the meatballs (that is if you're trying to get away with the grease :-)

Hey, you're welcome Iska.
Mike and Lani, better late than never. Hope you guys had a good one.
Hi Dezz, use a little bit more of eggs to bind the meat. If not, you can also use corn starch as an alternative but use a lesser amount. Good luck!
yummy, ting! kumusta na?
waaah ang sarap. we add ground carrots to the meatballs. one time I added too much, it was orange and brown.
This is my husband's fave! :)

Hi Ting-Aling, love your Blog...!
Hi There. I have just been looking through your blog and it is excellent. I have now bookmarked it and will be a regular reader. I especially like the design and the photos. I am a blogger myself and have set up a site called www.ifoods.tv where bloggers and foodies can share their photos and drive traffic to their own blog. Would love to see some of your great photos on there! Keep the great work up on the blog. Cheers!
