Banana Split
Banana Split anyone? Just 2 scoops of vanilla-flavoured ice cream topped with chocolate fudge and ground nuts and a couple slices of bananas to make it into a truly banana split. Yummy!
I wonder why I never thought of doing that! I don't have to be in manila,I can improvise, and do it here and have that nostalgic taste!
Thanks for the idea! it so happen that I have a box of vanilla ice cream in the fridge, some bananas,a chocolate syrup for hotcakes but ah,got no nuts, pero pwede na rin!
Try it tonite, when hubby's asleep,he teases me when I eat sweets, but to hell with diet, never heard of it!

Street vendors would sometimes fry bananas coated in sugar when I spent a few years in the Philippines on an LDS mission.
what is the name of these bananas? and I'm pretty sure its cane sugar they use, or am I mistaken?
